MEDIA RELEASE - Watt Bomb Apparel & the Summer of Cycling October 28, 2016 17:48

Australian Apparel supplier takes on the cycling world.

Watt Bomb Apparel has been awarded the contract to supply the race leaders jerseys for the upcoming Mitchelton Bay Cycling Classic and the Jayco Herald Sun Tour. This is a coup for the Geelong based business who was awarded the contract over international apparel suppliers.

Watt Bomb Apparel founder Troy Baker said “We’re excited to be involved with such iconic events on the Australian Cycling Calendar. For a Geelong business to be awarded this contract shows that Australian companies can compete with the large European and International brands on the world stage. We believe our Custom Apparel range is some of the best in the world and this contract reaffirms that belief”

The Mitchelton Bay Cycling Classic and the Jayco Herald Sun Tour form part of the Summer of Cycling managed by GTR Events. The Mitchelton Bay Cycling Classic kicks off on January 1, 2017.
